What do you fill holes in Travertine floor with?

I have a travertine floor that people have dropped objects on and put holes in the tiles. Is there somethings other then grout I can fill the holes with?

I usually use grout myself. But there are epoxy fillers, the problem is though they come in limited colors and are quite noticeable.
